At Intrepid Escape Rooms, our goal is to provide an incredibly addictive and satisfying experience for our guests. It should give guests a sense of achievement and not just be entertaining.

We want our adventurers to be the stars of the story, and to make the adventure unfold with their own hands as they solve puzzles and accomplish tasks.

FAqs

An escape game doesn’t actually start when you step into the room. It begins when you arrive on-site.

Here at Intrepid, our lobby is designed to look like an adventurers’ club. Your adventure guide (game master) will meet you and take you aboard the club’s private train to take you to your chosen mission.

As you are briefed, you will see the views outside your train ‘window’ changing till you finally arrive at your adventure destination.

This is just one way we’re working to make your adventure fun and immersive.

We use technology throughout our experiences to run our games smoothly, trigger relevant actions and special effects on cue, and create those wow effects you’re looking for.

We also rely heavily on our adventure guides, who will engage with you and provide the human interaction necessary to make your experience truly epic.

terms & conditions

All our bookings are private which means we reserve the whole experience time slot just for you and your group. As such, we do not offer refunds and cannot accommodate last minute reschedules. If you do need to reschedule, please call us at least 48 hours in advance (949-885-0111). Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to ensure you’re fully ready to go on time and to avoid cutting your adventure short.

Before playing, everyone in your team will need to sign a waiver (guardians sign for minors). Instructions for filling out the waiver arrive in a separate email, which you can forward to your team so everyone is ready to go when you arrive.
